Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman for a Sales & Showroom Admin in the automotive sector. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, handling sales inquiries, facilitating administrative tasks, and assisting in vehicle display arrangements. The role requires strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations within the showroom.
- Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate sales consultants.
- Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
- Prepare and process sales-related documents, quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure accurate customer data entry and lead tracking.
- Support the sales team with scheduling appointments and test drives.
- Follow up on pending documents and approvals related to vehicle sales and registrations.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and aftersales departments when required.
- Ensure showroom files, reports, and operational documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and sales support reports.
- Monitor showroom supplies, promotional materials, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with brand standards.
- Assist in organizing showroom events, launches, and customer activations when needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to showroom operations.
- Support management with any additional administrative tasks related to showroom activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, sales support, or showroom operations.
- Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
