Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in selling software solutions within the banking and financial services sector. This role requires someone experienced in managing the full sales cycle and building long-term relationships with banks across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting banks and financial institutions in the UAE
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain and update client data through CRM systems
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in fintech, banking, or payment solutions
- Proven experience working with banks in the UAE
- Strong understanding of banking and payment systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
