What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone calls and social media channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing offers
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with efficiency and care
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective support
What We’re Looking For:
- +2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, call center roles
- Experience in the automotive industry is required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong written communication for social media interactions
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and professional attitude
- Good computer skills and CRM system knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
