The incumbent act as a liaison between the foundation, the public, and the media to ensure that the foundation remains top of mind.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and compile potential success stories from program teams
- Conduct field visits and phone interviews to gather beneficiary testimonials and impact data
- Assist in creating photography plans across all governorates to document interventions, attracted areas and professions.
- Assist in documenting stories in a structured and compelling format aligned with organizational messaging
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at JRF events and activities
- Assist in drafting press release content and related communication materials
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital archive of all media assets
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all media assets
- Coordinate with external vendors and production teams
- Assist in all stages of video production, including pre-production, filming, and interviews
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors, photographers, and production teams
- Assist in proposing creative ideas for videos and multimedia content aligned with key occasions and campaigns
- Prepare purchase requests and payment documentation for outsourced services
- Assist in maintaining records of communications-related expenditures
- Assist in providing general administrative and coordination support to the line manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
