Brief Role Description
The Corporate Communications Intern will support the communications team in enhancing the company’s internal and external messaging. This role involves assisting in content creation, internal announcements, social media coordination, and event support.
Key Tasks
- Support the development of simple internal and external designs using tools such as Canva (e.g. emailers, social media visuals, basic presentations, internal materials .. etc)
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns, content, and engagement activities
- Provide support in event planning and coordination, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-ground execution
- Know how to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Support coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on tasks
- When needed, assist in liaising with vendors and agencies for simple follow-ups and coordination
- If applicable, assist in simple video editing tasks using tools such as CapCut (e.g. short clips, reels, internal videos)
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Communications team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Marketing, Marketing, Media Relations or any related fields.
- Strong attention to details
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong writing and editing skils (Arabic and English)
