Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive customer experiences. This role involves communications through phone, email, and in-person interactions, maintaining professionalism and excellent service at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Experience management and delivering high-quality interactions
- Demonstrated expertise in Phone Etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
