Purpose
To repair vehicles effectively and efficiently from the first time to deliver the best possible high-standard customer service.
Duties
- Perform Intermediate repairs for all types of equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Follow the instructions of diagnostic precision and refer to the catalogues of the maintenance and technical publications when needed and write diagram.
- Diagnose equipment for proper operation by using test equipment, operating and/or road testing; Perform computerized diagnostics, repairs, tests, and adjusts all types of engines and emissions systems to manufacturer specifications.
- Write vehicle damage repair estimates
- Diagnose, locate, and repair defects in electrical, electronic, and computerized vehicle systems.
- Provide service team leader with suggestions related to work processes requiring additional repairs.
- Inform Service Consultants of any additional workload, missing parts, any effect on the completion of the job card.
- Inspects work and provides mechanical and technical assistance and training to other Technicians and support them in intermediate repairs.
- Perform all maintenance, repairs, and disposal of generated wastes according to laws;
- Prepare and keep records related to automotive repair work, work order requests and status
- Maintain & clean tools and equipment
- Perform general shop cleanup & work in a team environment.
Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
Diploma in Automotive Discipline.
Overall years of experience: A minimum of 2 years of Experience
