As a
Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles are restored to manufacturer standards from the first time. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the reputation of our service department.
Purpose
To repair vehicles effectively and efficiently from the first time, ensuring the best possible customer service and technical quality.
Duties
- Perform intermediate repairs and maintenance for all types of vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct diagnostics using computerized systems, test equipment, and road testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Diagnose, locate, and repair electrical, electronic, and computerized systems.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and update service consultants on additional work, parts requirements, or delays.
- Support and guide junior technicians, offering technical assistance and sharing expertise.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in line with safety and quality standards.
- Record and document all repair activities, job card updates, and work orders.
- Achieve required productivity and efficiency scores while meeting dealer training certification requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations in all repair and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, customer service strategies, and workshop safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
