Job Summary:
Mawasem is a leading franchise holding group in Jordan, managing a diverse portfolio of international brands across Fashion, F&B, Health & Beauty, and Home Furnishings.
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to focus on the execution of the yearly marketing plans for our brands. This role is hands-on and coordination-focused, ensuring that approved strategies, calendars, and campaigns are implemented accurately and on time. The Marketing Specialist will act as a key link between internal teams, production partners, landlords, and third-party marketing service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan Execution
• Execute the approved annual and monthly marketing plans across all assigned brands.
• Follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and HQ requirements.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with production agencies (printing, fabrication, signage, giveaways, etc.).
• Manage communication with third-party marketing agencies (digital, media buying, PR).
• Liaise with SMS providers, influencers, and promotional partners as required.
Landlord & Mall Marketing Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact with mall and landlord marketing departments.
• Coordinate offline and online marketing opportunities provided by malls.
• Ensure timely submission of creatives, permits, and campaign details to landlords.
Digital & Campaign Support
• Support execution of social media content calendars and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators on required assets.
• Assist with uploading, scheduling, and launching campaigns when needed.
Reporting & Follow-Up
• Track campaign execution status and maintain marketing calendars. • Collect performance data and prepare summary reports.
• Flag delays, risks, or execution gaps and follow up until resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing execution, coordination, or agency-side roles.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with production houses, media agencies, or mall marketing teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, and SMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
