Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Amman for a Regional Commercial Manager. The role involves overseeing commercial operations, managing partnerships, and driving sales growth in the assigned region. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, overseeing contracts, managing teams, conducting market analysis, and fostering sustainable relationships with stakeholders. The Regional Commercial Manager will ensure alignment with Maddox Pharma Swiss's commitment to high standards and business excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles
- Proficient in Business Planning, including strategy development and market penetration tactics.
- Experienced in Team Management, with a proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy; a Master's degree is a plus.
