Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Amman, Jordan. The specialist will be responsible for engaging potential clients, managing sales interactions, developing training programs for staff, and executing strategic marketing campaigns. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales, including lead generation and converting opportunities to actionable results
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to lead and mentor team members and organize development programs
- Familiarity with immigration and visa processing is a strong advantage
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and meet goals
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is preferred.
- High Phone Etiquettes
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is beneficial.
