Job Overview
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Specialist to help expand Centric Prime’s client base in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
This role requires strong outbound sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to position remote staffing solutions as a strategic advantage for growing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the U.S. market through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of companies that may benefit from remote staffing solutions.
- Conduct cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels to engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client relationships.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with international clients.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Important Requirements:
- English proficiency must be 9/10 minimum (10/10 preferred).
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, list building, and lead generation is required.
- Experience with cold email outreach and LinkedIn outreach is required.
