Role Summary:
The Product Lead role is focused on supporting Caseware
revenue growth through product consulting, implementation support, client
demonstrations, training delivery, and after-sales support, with a strong
emphasis on customer onboarding, retention, and sales enablement.
Key Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in External Audit and/or Audit Consulting
- Practical experience using Caseware solutions
- Ability to deliver client demos, presentations, and training sessions
- Experience supporting implementation projects and after-sales support
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably ZOHO CRM)
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and professional English communication
Requirements- Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in External Audit / Audit Consulting, with direct exposure to Caseware and client engagement delivery.
