📌Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), particularly in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ). The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data integration and quality pipelines in a cloud-first environment. This role involves working closely with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
💡Key Responsibilities:
•Design and implement end-to-end data integration pipelines using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) to ingest, transform, and deliver data across cloud and on-premise systems.
•Develop and enforce Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules to profile, validate, cleanse, and enrich critical data sets.
•Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand data needs and translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
•Manage data synchronization, replication, and migration strategies using cloud-native patterns.
•Perform performance tuning and monitoring of IDMC jobs and services to ensure efficient processing and minimal downtime.
•Document data integration and quality processes, including mappings, transformations, and workflows.
•Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and integrity of delivered data.
•ensure compliance with data governance policies and contribute to data stewardship initiatives.
•Participate in continuous improvement by recommending new cloud features or best practices related to data management and automation.
•Provide technical support for 2nd and 3rd level (Layer) according to the SLA after implementing the technical solution to resolve client issues when needed .
📩Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Proven experience in implementing solutions using Informatica IDMC, especially CDI and CDQ.
•Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) and cloud data architecture.
•Expertise in SQL, data warehousing principles, and relational database systems.
•Understanding of modern data platforms, including data lakes and real-time data streaming.
•Experience in metadata-driven design and reusable components for ETL/ELT processes.
•Familiarity with data quality, profiling, matching, and cleansing best practices.
👉Preferred Skills:
•Experience in integrating IDMC with GCP cloud storage .
•Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD for data pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
•Knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, and automation frameworks.
•Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
