We are looking for a talented Senior Officer, People Shared Services to join us. Key Responsibilities:
People Operations
- Oversee and guide day-to-day People operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate People records.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and proactively monitor regulatory changes across MENA countries.
- Lead the implementation and harmonization of People policies and procedures across the region.
- Review and validate employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in People databases.
Employee Services
- Serve as a senior point of contact for People -related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and managers.
- Resolve complex People issues related to benefits, payroll, and leave management.
- Partner with People teams to address employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Promote cross-cultural communication and collaboration across diverse MENA teams.
- Champion employee experience by delivering high-quality People services and fostering trust with internal stakeholders.
People Systems and Reporting
- Manage and oversee People systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Generate advanced People reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of People technology solutions.
- Supervise People service requests tpeople ough Ivanti, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Oversee time and attendance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
People Projects and Initiatives
- Lead and actively contribute to People projects aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Support the rollout of regional and global People initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive People transformation and process optimization.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive People experience, preferably within the MENA region.
- Strong knowledge of People principles, practices, and local labor laws.
- Advanced proficiency in People information systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
