Job Summary:
We seek an IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) System Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ITSM and ITAM solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in MangeEngine Service Manager to architect comprehensive solutions that streamline IT operations and enhance organizational efficiency. As a team member, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in ITSM and ITAM practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Architect scalable and resilient ITSM and ITAM architectures that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.
- Define and enforce ITIL-based processes for incident, change, asset, service catalog management, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in ITSM and ITAM practices, leveraging automation and analytics to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in ITSM, ITAM, and related domains and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in ITSM and ITAM solution implementation, and support.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, with ITIL Foundation v4.
- Demonstrated and architecting and deploying ITSM and ITAM solutions within large enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
