Purpose

Duties
Take an active part in ensuring that Health and Safety provisions are being followed·
Ensure that quality standards are being followed.
Participate in the continual improvement of working.

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Inspect work and provides mechanical and technical assistance to other Technicians.
Carry out vehicle inspections according to company performance and quality standards then record results of tests and inspections.
Prepare and keeps records related to automotive repair work, work order requests and status.
Help and advice service consultants as required, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Work in a team environment.
Help technicians to achieve the required productivity and efficiency scores·
Keep up to date with the Inspectorate’s procedures and standards relating to vehicle testing.
Collect information and keep data on work carried out as required.
Reduce external customer come-back jobs to achieve fix-it-right-first-time for customers·
Monitor and record internal come-back cases to prevent future similar causes.
Support team leaders in road test.
Education: Diploma in Automotive Discipline.
Overall years of experience: A Minimum 3 Year experience
