At WAJ, we’re building a B2B SaaS product that actually gets used — helping beauty and medical businesses across MENA run their day-to-day work smarter and smoother.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our product team in Amman and help us scale something real, not just write code that sits on a repo.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and scaling high-performance, reliable features
- Taking ownership of core parts of the system and improving them over time
- Working closely with product, design, and other engineers
- Mentoring junior engineers and having a real say in technical decisions
What we’re looking for
Solid senior-level experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, NextJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
Good understanding of architecture, clean code, and best practices
- Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or similar platforms
- Startup mindset: you care, you own, and you like seeing your work make an impact
