Role overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing activities end-to-end. This role is responsible for strengthening Optimum Engine’s market presence in Jordan, increasing customer acquisition, and supporting business growth through practical, results-driven marketing.
The ideal candidate understands the automotive service and spare parts industry, is comfortable working on-site in a workshop environment, and can translate technical services into clear, engaging marketing content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and the local Jordanian market.
- Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, content quality, and audience growth.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and service-focused offers.
- Create marketing content by documenting vehicle issues, repair processes, and before-and-after results using photos and videos.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Prepare clear marketing and performance reports, including campaign results and customer insights.
- Support sales activities and coordinate with workshop and management teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance using digital marketing and analytics tools.
