Job Description – Reseller Operations Advisor
Job Purpose:
The **Reseller Operations Advisor** is responsible for managing, activating, and supporting BIGO’s reseller partners who are authorized to sell BIGO virtual currency (diamonds). The role ensures efficient onboarding, compliance, performance monitoring, and operational execution across the reseller ecosystem. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth commercial operations, supporting reseller growth, reducing risk, and enabling stable revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reseller Onboarding & Activation
* Identify suitable reseller candidates and manage the full activation process.
* Collect required documents, verify information, and prepare contracts and agreements.
* Coordinate with internal departments to complete technical activation and onboarding.
* Ensure new resellers understand processes, rules, and operational requirements.

2. Reseller Relationship & Account Management
* Maintain continuous communication with assigned resellers and provide necessary support.
* Assist resellers with understanding purchase procedures, pricing, incentives, and policy updates.
* Build strong professional relationships to ensure a stable and productive reseller environment.

3. Transaction Handling & Currency Release
* Receive reseller bank transfer proofs and verify transaction accuracy.
* Apply currency release requests in the system and ensure timely delivery of diamonds.
* Follow up on any discrepancies, delays, or financial issues with relevant internal teams.

4. Performance Monitoring & Operational Management
* Track reseller KPIs including monthly sales, activity, recharge volume, and retention.
* Conduct online/offline meetings, provide training, and implement improvement plans when needed.
* Support resellers in achieving their monthly revenue targets.
* Identify performance risks or decline trends and take proactive actions.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration
* Coordinate with internal teams (VIP, Agency, Operations, Finance, Risk) to fulfill recharge needs through resellers.
* Support campaigns, operational initiatives, or cross-department requirements involving reseller activities.

6. Compliance & Risk Control
* Ensure all reseller candidates meet BIGO’s safety, financial, and operational standards.
* Conduct risk assessment for new resellers to avoid fraud or unstable partnerships.
* Monitor reseller activities to ensure compliance with BIGO policies and local regulations.
* Escalate suspicious cases and enforce elimination or disciplinary actions if necessary.

7. Reporting & Documentation
* Create weekly/monthly performance reports for assigned resellers.
* Provide insights, action plans, and recommendations based on operational data.
* Document process updates, communication history, and any incident records.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, customer service, fintech, or digital/content platforms.
3. Experience in reseller operations, agencies, or contract-based partnerships is a strong advantage.
Skills
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-volume operational tasks.
3. Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
4. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptive to fast-paced environments.
5. English required; Arabic highly preferred.
