Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman for a Senior Sales Account Executive. The role involves managing and expanding client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining long-term client relationships, and strategizing to support customers’ needs. The Senior Sales Account Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Account Management and ensuring clients' ongoing satisfaction
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
- Capability in Customer Service and prioritizing client-first approaches
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions or experience in tech industry sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
