Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Sales Specialist to join our team in Amman. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable travel and visa services. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also support customers with inquiries, guide them through application processes, and help address their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and assist clients effectively
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of Sales Management and the ability to organize and report sales activities
- Experience in conducting Training related to sales and customer interaction
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- High levels of motivation, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
