As a Senior Forward‑Deployed Engineer, you will be working directly with enterprise customers, translating business outcomes into running software, and shipping production‑grade integrations and reusable workflows that embed Unifonic into core systems. You will lead the scope to build from hyper‑care to stabilization to expansion, then ensure a clean handover to Support or Transition. You will favor connector‑first delivery and thin services for reusable, cost‑aware solutions.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
- Leading discovery with customers across KSA, whiteboarding architectures, validating constraints, and aligning stakeholders on outcomes
- Designing and delivering end to end integrations across CRMs, ERPs, contact centers, and marketing stacks like Freshdesk & HubSpot.
- Building and maintaining reusable connectors and workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n, and documenting templates for repeatability .
- Designing conversations and data flows for AI powered experiences and fine tuning models when needed to meet quality bars
- Engineering for robustness and observability with OAuth2 or JWT, Keycloak SSO patterns, Kong API gateway practices, structured logging, Kibana dashboards, and Postman collections
- Driving delivery rigor — scope, acceptance criteria, risk and dependency management, hyper care to stable usage, then expansion
- Orchestrating customer experiences through Flow Studio and Agent Console with telemetry visible to stakeholders, including containment, AHT or ASA, escalations, and cost per resolved case
- Contributing to the PS playbook with discovery checklists, integration patterns, and upgrade paths from bespoke middleware to reusable connectors
- Producing Business Optimization and Transformation blueprints for paid discovery when applicable
- Executing clean handovers to Support or Transition with complete runbooks and clear ownership boundaries
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience delivering integrations or products in startup or high-velocity environments, with a bias for shipping quickly
- Customer-facing delivery experience, comfortable turning ambiguity into running software
- Hands-on with connector platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n, including retries, idempotency, and error handling
- Strong with JavaScript or TypeScript and REST or webhooks, capable with Python or Java; Java is a strong plus
- API practitioner with Postman, schema design, OAuth2 or JWT, and API gateway patterns or rate limiting on Kong
- Debugging and observability mindset with ELK or Kibana, and clear root cause communication
- Continuous learner who shapes discovery into scope and adapts quickly
