About The Role
The
Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for defining
business needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into effective
solutions to improve efficiency. BA is acting as a bridge between business
needs and technology solutions. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing
data, defining requirements, and identifying opportunities for process
improvement. Through data-driven insights and strategic thinking, BA supports
informed decision-making and helps drive the successful delivery of business
objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication
skills, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stockholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear
business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements
into clear solution specifications and feasible, user-centric solutions.
- Create process flows, business models, and documentation to support
solution architecture and development.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance
(QA) processes to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
- Identify issues, gaps, and recommend refinements based on testing
outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
- Propose data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency,
productivity, and user satisfaction.
- Serve as the liaison between business units, developers, and project
managers to maintain alignment and manage expectations.
- Present findings, updates, and recommendations in a clear and
actionable manner to leadership at all levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation including requirement specifications,
process maps, and status reports.
Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,
Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a related filed
Competencies
- Familiar in writing Product Requirements
- Documents (PRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Familiarity with SQL, and API concepts and
- system integrations
- Experience with tools like Jira,
- Confluence, Trello, or Asana for task management and collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or
- Waterfall methodologies.
- Skill in translating business needs into
- business requirements ability

- Familiarity with user experience (UX)
