About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Procurement Manager with strong exposure to the Saudi market. The ideal candidate must have
previous experience working in KSA and hold a
CIPS certification. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement operations and strengthening supplier relationships to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and evaluate vendor compliance.
- Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of procurement plans with operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPS certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, specifically within the KSA market.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic sourcing skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
