Tamatem's Accounting RepresentativeAs an Accounting Representative at Tamatem, you will support the Finance team in all day-to-day transactions, contributing to accurate results in monthly and yearly reports, and assisting with HR-related financial tasks.
Your role within Tamatem's world:* Maintain general ledger, including preparing journal entries, reconciliation, and closing books monthly.
- Prepare reports on accounting payables and receivables, record fixed assets, and calculate and record depreciation on a monthly basis
- Perform accounts payable duties, such as preparing payments and arranging settlements in accordance with payment terms and instructions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation. Update the bank account balance report daily and ensure sufficient funds are in the account
- Register/book all incoming and outgoing transactions
- Record daily sales and issue invoices/cash receipts
- Prepare Sales Tax Endorsement
- Manage employees' social security registration and contributions
- Handle employees' income tax calculations and submissions
- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and other HR-related financial documents
- Any other tasks assigned by superiors in the finance department or at the company level.Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 0-2 years of experience
- Preferably knowledgeable in QuickBooks accounting system.Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
