Job Overview:
Centric Prime is hiring a Virtual Assistanton behalf of one of our clients. This role requires a highly autonomous and proactive Virtual Assistant with expertise in managing complex calendars, mastering technical collaboration tools, and flawlessly prioritising tasks with strict time management. The VA will work closely with the managing attorney and paralegal team, following the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain smooth and consistent workflow operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or website forms.
- Log and manage inquiries using the firm’s CRM system (MyCase), ensuring proper tagging and data accuracy.
- Schedule consultations, send confirmations, and follow up with clients to ensure attendance and preparedness.
- Assist with client on-boarding — prepare engagement letters, collect signed agreements, and update contact files.
- Coordinate document collection and upload client materials to Google Drive and MyCase.
- Manage routine client communications, reminders, and follow-ups under attorney supervision.
- Maintain compliance with strict confidentiality and data security policies in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, English literature, public relations or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative or legal support roles (especially within U.S. law firms or service industries).
- Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic; ability to draft professional client correspondence.
- Proficiency with MyCase (or similar CRM systems), Google Workspace, and Whats-app for internal communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the team’s goals and deadlines.
- Strong video presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content.
- Must have high speed internet (Minimum 100 Mbps of Speed) and a computer.
