The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by welcoming patients, answering inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Assist clients with service information, pricing, packages, and promotions.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle client concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Register new clients and update patient files accurately.
• Process payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Follow clinic policies and customer service standards at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in cosmetic clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or beauty industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult clients calmly.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and appointment-booking software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
