As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Data & Strategic Planning Analyst.
Role Overview
The Data & Strategic Planning Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, customer, and market data to transform raw numbers into actionable insights that drive TAJ ALSAFA®’s strategic marketing and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from the company’s website, digital advertising campaigns, and social media channels.
- Evaluate customer and visitor behavior (traffic volume, popular pages, conversion rates).
- Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram ..etc.
- Calculate customer acquisition costs (CAC) and assess campaign ROI, ROAS.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking within the real estate industry.
- Design data-driven marketing and business strategies to support company goals.
- Prepare analytical dashboards and periodic reports using Zoho Analytics.
- Map and analyze the customer journey to identify and improve drop-off points.
- Support strategic investment decisions with data-based insights and risk analysis.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in data analysis using Zoho Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Zoho Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
