Job Title: Finance Manager

Reports to: Country CEO – Mylerz Jordan
Role Summary:
Mylerz Jordan is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, manage cash flow, and oversee all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with proven experience acting as a Finance Manager in a dynamic organization. This role will be responsible for managing a small finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient coordination with Jordan Post, government entities, and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Leadership:
• Lead and supervise the finance team, including two accountants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes.
• Develop and implement effective financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
• Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity for operations.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing payments, including cash collection streams and settlements with Jordan Post.
• Monitor and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable:
• Oversee receivables from government and private sector agreements.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and coordination between Mylerz and Jordan Post for cash stream settlements.
• Manage vendor and partner payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
• Provide management with financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Compliance & Audit:
• Ensure adherence to local tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and Jordanian accounting standards.
• Proven experience managing cash flow and accounts receivables in a complex operational environment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
