We are hiring ESB Developer to maintain and support a growing number of integrations.
The team is managing over 45 active system integrations, with multiple new projects currently in development.
A government service, in particular, involve high-volume daily transactions and require 99.99% availability and performance due to their critical role in government and citizen services.
• Increased Workload & Future Demand
With 45+ integrations already live and several more in the pipeline, a single developer cannot effectively handle both development and ongoing maintenance, especially for systems with complex orchestration like ESB.
- Service Continuity and Redundancy
Relying on a single developer creates a critical single point of failure. Adding two developers ensures:
- Business continuity in case of absence or turnover
- Code reviews and pair programming
- Better knowledge sharing and documentation
- Performance Optimization and Stability Some services, particularly Itimad, have high daily traffic and require continuous performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization to meet the SLA of 99.99% uptime. One developer cannot feasibly handle both proactive performance work and reactive bug fixing.
