Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Exchange and Surveillance Camera Engineer, located in Amman, Jordan. The engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of telephone exchange systems and surveillance cameras. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing hardware and software upgrades, ensuring the integration of surveillance and telecommunication systems, and responding to technical support requests. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
- 2-3 Years Experience in surveillance systems and telephone exchange operations.
- Excellent Experience in IP PBX (Grandstream , Yeastar , Dlink..etc) & Analog Telephone Exchange (Panasonic , NEC , Avaya...etc).
- Experience with Hikvision , dahua Cameras and NVRs as Installation , Implementation , Testing , Troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
