Reporting directly to the Lounge Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our guests and team by ensuring smooth day-to-day service and contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, upselling specials and promotions when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, health, and safety standards in all service areas.
- Support team communication and coordination to create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Help maintain inventory levels and report any shortages or issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, aiming for quick resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, workplace health and safety guidelines, and food hygiene standards.
About you:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to assist where needed.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality as required.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
