Company DescriptionBaida Pack is a leading pharmaceutical print-packaging manufacturer serving local and international markets.
- Workforce: 50–100 employees
- Industry Focus: 100% pharmaceutical
- Training: A 3-month training phase is required for onboarding
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with major local and international clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Submit and follow up on order requests
- Promote company products, capabilities, and production technologies to targeted markets
- Provide occasional after-sales support and client assistance
- Perform production orders database entry and archival duties
- Review and verify purchase orders
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close orders
- Issue sales invoices and monitor order progress
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence and administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve inquiries promptly
Qualifications- Education: High School or Undergraduate degree (Business, Industrial, or related fields preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar fields
- 1–2 years of international experience is an added advantage
- Language:
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Holding or pursuing English proficiency certificates (TOEFL/IELTS) is a plus
- Travel Requirements:
- Applicants holding valid Schengen, UK, or U.S. B-1 visas are strongly preferred
- Industry Preference:
- Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical, industrial, or print-packaging sectors is appreciated
- Nationality:
- Candidates of foreign backgrounds are encouraged to apply
