Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about Stanford’s medical services and partner network
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and appointments efficiently
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience and high satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve client communication
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in the medical field)
- Positive attitude, patience, and a team-player mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer and CRM systems
