We're Hiring – Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Leader
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our development team and currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will also play a key role as a Team Leader.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building high-quality systems, leading others, and being involved in decision-making and architecture planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.
Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java and Microservices (Spring Boot).
Work on front-end applications using modern frameworks such as Angular ,React.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Oversee and contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and system monitoring.
Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal design and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
Practical experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Java & Spring Boot, specifically in Microservices architecture.
Solid front-end development experience using Angular or React.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring developers (Team Leadership).
Excellent understanding of software design patterns, clean code, and best development practices.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
Ability to take ownership and drive tasks from design to production.
