Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Shopify E-Commerce Specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the Shopify store, ensuring product listings are accurate and updated, analyzing store performance data, and driving sales improvement strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the customer service team to address client inquiries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting marketing initiatives related to e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Commerce and Sales experience with a focus on e-commerce operations and Shopify proficiency
- Update the online store and make sure its optimized and updated frequently.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating store performance, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear interaction with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and inventory management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
