About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate QA Engineer with hands-on experience in eCommerce testing to ensure flawless customer experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, stable, and user-friendly features.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing for web and mobile eCommerce platforms.
- Create, maintain, and review test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser/device testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects through the QA lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and technical specs.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of QA experience, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with payment gateway testing, cart & checkout flows, and API testing.
- Experience working with SQL for data validation.
- Exposure to performance or security testing is an advantage.
