Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Rebates Officer to manage rebate calculations, partner commissions, and ensure accuracy in revenue sharing processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong relationships with partners and ensuring financial integrity in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and validate rebates, commissions, and partner payouts
- Reconcile trading volumes, revenue, and commission structures
- Monitor and analyze revenue per client, per partner, and per product
- Ensure accuracy between trading platforms, back-office systems, and accounting records
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Dealing teams on commission structures
- Manage partner agreements and rebate terms implementation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in rebate calculations
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on rebates, commissions, and profitability
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of partner payments
- Support automation and process improvements in rebate systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in rebates, commissions, revenue analysis, or a similar role
- Experience in Forex / brokerage / fintech industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of: Trading volumes and revenue models (FX, CFDs, etc.) and commission and rebate structures
- Proficiency in: Advanced Excel and CRM / Back-office / trading systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
