Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Sales Officer. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth through lead generation, managing day-to-day sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating channel sales. The Sales Officer will actively work with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high standard of customer service to support the gym’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage with and support clients
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify and follow through on potential opportunities
- Knowledge of Channel Sales to expand reach and build partnerships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet sales targets
- Proactive and professional attitude with a passion for fitness and assisting others in achieving their goals
- Prior experience in sales, fitness, or a related field is a plus
