Job Purpose
The
Salesforce Administrator (Candid CRM) will play a pivotal role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce-based CRM system that powers the operations of
Premier Lending, Inc. This role combines system administration, process automation, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth CRM performance, data integrity, and user efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and technical challenges. You will be the go-to expert for CRM functionality and integrations, driving system health and operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permission sets to ensure secure and efficient system access.
- Configure page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports tailored to departmental needs.
- Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and integrity checks to maintain database quality.
- Oversee imports and uploads of realtor and client data.
- Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting with Candid’s technical support team.
Implementation & Maintenance
- Support the rollout and adoption of the new Candid CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, validation rules, and process flows.
- Manage and maintain integrations between Candid (Salesforce) and Encompass LOS, ensuring accurate, real-time data synchronization.
- Configure and monitor integrations with tools like Aircall, Twilio, Zapier, and RETR.
- Partner with Candid’s technical support on updates, customizations, and bug fixes.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and implement workflow automations and communication triggers.
- Collaborate with HR and Administration for seamless CRM setup and onboarding of new hires.
- Work with leadership to identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Build and maintain executive dashboards for visibility into pipelines, productivity, and system usage.
- Conduct system health checks to ensure integrations and automations are functioning properly.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, and workflow changes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (advanced certifications are an asset).
- Proven experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, and Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of data management, validation, and deduplication best practices.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and custom object configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business context.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, or lending environments.
- Familiarity with Encompass LOS, Twilio, Aircall, and Zapier.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and basic programming.
- Experience supporting cross-time-zone teams (U.S.-based leadership).
KEY OUTCOMES – FIRST 90 DAYS
- Gain a complete understanding of Premier’s Candid CRM setup, user structure, and data integrations.
- Onboard and configure all active users with correct roles, permissions, and automations.
- Establish a structured process for CRM support requests and troubleshooting.
- Build or refine dashboards that enhance leadership visibility into key performance metrics.
- Take ownership of the CRM–Encompass integration, ensuring consistent and error-free data synchronization.
WORKING HOURS
- Full-time, on-site position in Amman.
- Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (Amman Time).
