Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site for multiple roles, Accounting and Customer Service Representative located in Amman, Jordan.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client questions, resolving issues, processing transactions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully build out investor conversion funnels and work flows
- Experience dealing with retail investors
- Solid knowledge of financial markets
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial dynamic environment
- Strong client servicing and project management skills
AccountingRepresentative will be responsible to support our financial operations and reporting processes. Play a key role in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance within a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end close
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts
- Prepare financial reports and assist with audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams on financial data and reporting
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate up to 1 year experience
- Finance, economics, accounting, and/or business administration background is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
