Job Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires a motivated and results-driven professional with knowledge of the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively..
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell vehicles to prospective customers, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and payment options in line with company policies.
- Prepare and process sales documentation and reports accurately.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
