Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans for the team in alignment with the company’s strategies and objectives.
- Manage the sales team with effective on-site supervision and training, enhancing professional skills to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze sales performance data, design motivational initiatives, and boost team morale to elevate overall results.
- Optimize team structure and cultivate a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
- Effectively communicate and execute company policies, provide constructive feedback for improvements, and complete tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of sales, and 2 years of experience managing sales team, preferably from B2C telesales or education industry.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Highly goal-oriented with a strong sense of achievement and determination.
- Excellent customer service mindset, with clear, concise, and impactful communication skills.
