Key Accountabilities :
- Manage all property-related transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing, ensuring optimal financial outcomes and alignment with Orange Jordan's strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Department of Land and Survey (DoLS), facilitating the timely processing of property-related paperwork and resolving any arising issues.
- Oversee the accurate and timely payment of annual property taxes and licensing fees for all Orange Jordan's properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities to address project-related concerns and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Administer lease agreements, including rent collection and payments, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and effective financial management.
- Handle the issuance and renewal of trade licenses, chamber of commerce registrations, and municipal permits, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize property utilization and minimize operational costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including ownership documents, lease agreements, and tax records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery if needed .
- Stay abreast of changes in property laws and regulations, ensuring Orange Jordan's compliance and mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, identifying opportunities for property acquisition and disposition.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in property management, real estate
