Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The Finance Manager will also be involved in financial planning and risk management, while leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
- Strong skills in financial planning, risk management, and strategic financial insights
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Experience in the trading or chemical industry is beneficial
