Chickmania is looking for Junior Accountant to join our financial department. As an Accountant at Chickmania, you will be responsible for handling the financial transactions under the supervision of our senior accountant. Also, the accountant will be responsible for maintaining and preparing reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely and liaising with the senior accountant at the company.
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
- Assisting in organizing project expenses and budgets.
- Compiling, entering, and posting monthly adjusting journal entries.
- Handling collections and invoicing procedures.
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payable workload.
- Following up on all pending payments and unresolved financial issues for the video production department.
- Handling all necessary payments for the company when assigned.
- Assisting the senior accountant in the preparation of monthly as well as yearly closings.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic environment
- Excellent with creating spreadsheets.
- Excellent with email writing.
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
- Has a car.
