Job Description & Summary
As a
Junior Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program, serving as an independent and objective function that reviews and evaluates compliance issues across the Group. You will ensure that the Board of Directors, management, and employees remain compliant with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures, while upholding the highest standards of conduct and integrity within the organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Monitoring and evaluating compliance across all business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance program.
- Acting as a point of contact for compliance-related issues, investigations, and concerns.
- Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
- Providing guidance to management and employees on compliance matters and best practices.
- Reporting on compliance activities and findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Supporting the development and delivery of compliance training to employees to ensure awareness of policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Recommending and implementing corrective actions when compliance issues are identified.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal control frameworks, and corporate governance.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
