Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer - Specialist to help build, secure, and maintain the technology backbone of our organization. You will be responsible for designing scalable infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting security frameworks that enable mission-critical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Manage cloud environments, automation tools, and security frameworks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system, network, and database performance.
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, compliance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to align IT operations with business needs.
- Maintain proper documentation, incident response, and change management processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 1-8+ years in cloud, infrastructure, or IT operations roles.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with system or network administration, DevSecOps, or database engineering.
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency with scripting/automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL practices (preferred).
