Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Specialist to ensure the quality, performance, and security of critical digital platforms. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to test features, build automation, and identify issues before release
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks.
- Document and track bugs in issue-tracking tools.
- Ensure testing covers functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners during sprints.
- Contribute to testing projects that may include enterprise applications, payment platforms, core banking systems, CRM solutions, compliance requirements, and user onboarding journeys.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 1–8+ years in software testing and QA, with proven expertise in automation and domain-specific testing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail (or similar tools).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
