Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader/Senior Developer located in Amman. The Team Leader/Senior Developer will be responsible for leading a development team, overseeing software projects from concept to delivery, front-end development, and ensuring high-quality coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge of .NET languages, including C#, .NET Core, and JScript.NET
- Proven experience in frontend and backend development (Full Stack).
- Proven experience in managing and leading development teams.
- Knowledge of GIS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good background in Software Solutions Architect
- Solid experience in Systems & API Integration Techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Advanced understanding of application deployment standards, patching, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and testing.
- Good in English verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be based in Jordan
